A continuación pondremos a sofreír la cebolla, cuando veamos que esta doradita echaremos el tomate maduro sin piel y un diente de ajo, estaremos así hasta que veamos que coja color, luego echaremos una hoja de laurel y un chorrito de vino(al gusto) y esperamos hasta que se absorba el vino y añadiremos un poquito de arina, una cucharada de café.
  4. Una vez que este preparado le echaremos tres vasos de agua y lo removeremos un poco, apagamos el fuego y después lo pasaremos por el turmis y cuando ya hemos terminado lo pasamos a la olla con la carne y los robellones. Listo ya tenemos nuestro fricando con robellones
