Mezclar las yemas con el resto, 2 1/2 cucharadas de azúcar. - Preparar aparte las dos cucharadas de el café soluble con el agua caliente, agregar el licor elegido al gusto.
- Remojar en el café ldisuelto los deditos e ir colocándolos en el fondo del molde haciendo capas sucesivas
- Mezclar, con suavidad, los batidos de yemas azucaradas con las claras azucaradas a punto de nieve junto con el queso crema sin quitarles el aire.
- Poner una 2a capa de la mezcla anterior encima de los deditos remojados en café.
- Espolvorear encima, con un cedazo, la cocoa amarga.
- Repetir varias veces todo procedimiento anterior de las 3 primeras capas hasta terminar los ingredientes finalizar con la capa de cocoa en polvo
- Colocar en la nevera para enfriar durante 4 horas.
- Servir porciones pequeñas en plato de postre con cucharita de postre y servilleta.
