- Partimos los fresones, que reservamos antes, por la mitad y los colocamos en la base del vaso con la punta hacia arriba y la parte interna hacia fuera. Vertemos con una cuchara o con la manga pastelera la crema de la batidora hasta cubrir los fresones.
- Colocamos el bizcocho de soletilla partido por la mitad como tapa del postre y lo mojamos con el sirope que caiga por los bordes. Servir bien frío. También podemos colocar hojitas de hierbabuena para decorar.
