- Nota: Importante que tanto el queso como los huevos estèn a temperatura ambiente.
- Montaje: En el recepiente de tu elecciòn, comenzamos creando una capa de bizcochos (mojados previamente en el almíbar de fresas ya frío), una capa de crema y las fresas troceadas que sirvamos al principio.
- Se sigue así, hasta terminar con fresas picadas por encima y bañadas con un poco del almíbar sobrante. Se trituran con las manos las galletas y se espolvorea por encima. Listo!!
- Se conserva en nevera y yo recomiendo dejarlo de un día para otro para que se asiente el montaje. Una delicia, a disfrutar.
