  2. Agregamos el café soluble en un poco de agua caliente para que sea más fácil disolverlo. Lo mezclamos con el licor y apartamos para que se enfríe.
  3. Montamos la nata líquida con dos cucharadas de azúcar glas. Yo utilizo la Thermomix.
  4. Ponemos en un bol las yemas y el azúcar para batirlas a mano
  5. Añadimos el queso mascarpone y batimos a mano
  6. Cuando este bien mezclado, le añadimos la nata montada y dejamos a un lado. Todo batido a mano para que no se baje la nata montada.
  7. Mojamos los bizcochitos soletilla en el café y el licor y vamos haciendo la primera capa. Yo utilizo un molde redondo desmoldable para que la presentación sea más bonita
  8. Añadimos una capa de la crema hasta cubrirlo todo
  9. Volvemos a poner una capa de bizcochitos igualmente bañados en el café y licor
  10. Le añadimos el resto de la crema por encima
  11. Por último, espolvorear el cacao por encima y lo dejamos enfriar
  12. Listo para comer. Un postre fácil de hacer y riquísimo.
