  3. Por otro lado batimos las yemas con el azúcar hasta conseguir una mezcla esponjosa. Añadimos el queso mascarpone o crema y la crema batida a medio punto de a poco mezclando con una espátula de silicona. Por último le agregamos las claras a punto nieve.
  4. Cuando ya tenemos todo bien incorporado le agregamos el café instantáneo y la gelatina sin sabor. (Ponemos en una taza la gelatina con unas cucharaditas de agua y la ponemos al microondas por 30segundos)
  5. El armado es súper fácil. Podemos usar cualquier molde, si es desmontable mejor. Mojamos las vainillas en el café y las vamos poniendo en la base, ponemos crema, más vainillas remojadas y así sucesivamente hasta que terminemos con la crema. Espolvoreamos cacao o chocolate rallado y listo! 3hs en la heladera y a comer! 😀
