- Espolvoreamos con una fina capa de cacao en polvo puro, tamizando con un colador, y dejamos reposar en la nevera hasta el día siguiente. En el momento de servir, retiramos de la nevera 10 o 15 minutos antes y espolvoreamos con otra capa fina de cacao en polvo.
