  3. Batir las yemas hasta hacer espuma y agregar una de las mitades de azúcar. Batir hasta disolverla (punto letra)y reservar. En otro recipiente aparte, batir a punto nieve las claras y agregar el resto de azúcar (hasta lograr el merengue).
  4. A la mezcla de yemas agregarle el casancrem (o queso untable) incorporando con movimientos envolventes. A la preparación de claras agregarle la crema de leche, también de la misma forma.
  5. Agregar a la mezcla de yemas, la de claras, incorporando con movimientos envolventes para tratar de conservar el aire adquirido al batir hasta unificar.
  6. Mojar las vainillas en el café, y colocarlas como "piso" en una fuente rectangular (aprox. 30 por 25 cm, aunque puede ser Una descartable). Luego espolvorear con cacao por encima de las vainillas y agregar un poco de la preparación para cubrir. Repetir éste paso hasta terminar con la "mezcla".
  7. Por último (debe quedar mezcla por encima, generalmente me alcanza para 3 pisos de vainillas), espolvorear con cacao por encima y con migas de vainilla para decorar. A disfrutar!
