  4. En un bol aparte o un plato hondo, echamos las yemas de los huevos, el mascarpone y el resto de azúcar. Mezclamos todo a mano. NO usar varillas eléctricas. Reservamos en la nevera.
  5. En un plato hondo echamos el café que hemos hecho, el cacao y el amaretto. Mezclamos y vamos empapando los bizcochos y hacemos una capa en un molde. Mezclamos el resto de ingredientes que tenemos reservados en la nevera, los integramos bien con movimientos envolventes y añadimos encima de los bizcochos que tenemos emborrachados en el molde.
  6. Repetimos la operación de emborrachar el resto de bizcocho y añadimos el resto de la mezcla. Ponemos en la nevera durante un par de horas mínimo. Yo lo hago mejor de un día para el otro.
  7. Antes de servir, espolvorea con cacao en polvo y listo para comer.
  8. Yo a veces, en verano, lo he hecho en moldes individuales y lo he metido en el congelador. Es una forma de tener heladito de tiramisú. 😉
  9. En la versión niños, el café es descafeinado y no le pongo Amaretto. 😉
