  4. En un cazo aparte coceremos los chorizos y la morcilla, unos 15 minutos y dejamos enfriar dentro del cazo.Reservar.
  5. Cuando lleve unos 40 minutos, sacar la panceta, cortar junto con el chorizo y la morcilla y añadir con el sofrito, si tenemos que mover el guiso, lo haremos moviendo la olla por las asas, rectificar de sal
  6. Añadir el azafrán, dejar 10 minutos más, el tiempo depende de la calidad de las fabes, yo lo suele poner una hora larga en total.
    Dejar reposar unas horas antes de comer y a disfrutar, con buen vino y mejor compañía, seguro que tevasapuntar.
