Dejar batir hasta tocar el bol y que se sienta que ya no tiene más temperatura (se enfrío). Apagar la máquina. Agregar el queso crema uncorporar con espátula en forma envolvente, hasta unificar.
- En una fuente o molde cubrir el fondo con las vainillas o trozos de bizcochuelo humedecidos con el Oporto o el almíbar (por si lo van a comer los niños). Volcar toda la crema, cubrir con el bizcocho húmedo. Llevar unas horas a la heladera. Retirar decorar con las frutillas y el merengue.
