- En una bandeja verter el café y el Oporto a gusto. Tener a mano el recipiente en el que vamos a juntar todos los ingredientes. Yo utilicé una bandeja grande, tipo pyrex.
- Darles una pasada muy breve en el café a las vainillas (ojo, no se pueden romper. Yo les doy 3 vueltas rápidas y las acomodo en la bandeja hasta formar un piso o capa. Sobre dicha capa cubrir con la mezcla previamente reservada hasta cubrir todo).
- Repetir paso 6.
- Sobre la última capa de mezcla espolvorear cacao amargo.
- Dejar en la heladera un mínimo de dos horas.
