- Ponemos encima de la capa de bizcocho una de mascarpone bien tapaditos los bizcochos empapados.

- Se pone papel film bien tirante y mínimo 3 horas en la nevera,

- Yo lo hago de un día para otro y saco del frigo las raciones media hora antes de comerlas para que se temple un poco
