Incorporamos las claras a la mezcla anterior con movimientos envolventes.


- En un molde de aluminio, ponemos film transparente superpuesto y añadimos cacao puro al fondo. Después echaremos la crema, y encima una capa de bizcochos mojados en el café con el chorrito de ron. Repetiremos hasta rellenar el molde. (Este proceso lo hacemos así, porque luego desmoldaremos sobre un plato)


- Si queremos consumirlo en el molde, la primera capa será de bizcochos, seguidas de la crema y finalmente el cacao. Usaremos el chocolate rallado para decorar antes de servir. ¡A disfrutar!
