  10. Una vez que empieza hervir el azúcar batir las yemas y ya que este el azúcar en su punto verter en las yemas y batir por unos minutos y dejar enfriar
  11. Para seguir con los siguientes pasos tener listo nuestra mise en place y para ello tenemos que tener listo la crema ya acremado, grenetina hidratada, crema Lyncott batida, soletas y el jarabe
  12. Derretir la grenetina en baño María y mezclar con el paté a bombe
  13. Después deHaber mezclado, volver a mezclar con el queso crema y crema Lyncott ya teniendo listo el relleno reservar
  14. Montaje, forrar un molde con papel estrella tomar las soletas remojar en el jarabe para formar la primera base poner el relleno, con una espátula alizar y cernir con cocoa, así sucesivamente hasta tener tres capas y enfriar por una hora
  15. Por último desmoldar y decorar
