  2. Al día siguiente se pone todo a fuego un poco fuerte; sin sal (por si el lacón ya ha guardado algo) con los chorizos, las morcillas y un chorro de aceite de oliva vírgen. Dejamos el agua de las fabas del día anterior (quitamos un poco hasta que quede todo cubierto)
  3. Cuando hierva, se "desespuma"
  4. Y después hay que "asustarlas" (echar medio vaso aproximado de agua fría)
  5. Ahora las dejamos hasta que estén tiernas bajando el fuego para que vayan despacio. Personalmente, con un palillo pincho los chorizos para que suelten la grasa y no revienten.
  6. Troceo el embutido y a disfrutar!
