- Por otro lado ponemos una sartén al fuego con un poco aceite de oliva y lo ponemos al fuego añadiendo los dientes de ajo cortados en láminas y dejamos que se hagan pero sin quemarlos, luego añadimos el pimentón procurando que no se nos queme y cuando tenemos este refrito hecho lo añadimos a la cazuela encima de las habas.

- Damos una vuelta a todo para que se mezclen todo y dejamos seguir cociendo hasta que estén las patatas cocidas sobre una hora más menos le llevara hacerse dejamos reposar y servimos. Saben mejor de un día para otro o dejarlas un rato largo desde que las hacemos.
