  5. Mientras se pochan las verduras. En una sartén echamos.el jugo de las carcasas de las gambas, las zanahorias cortadas en redondo y la sepia troceada (añadimos un poco de aceite si fuera necesario) cuando este tierna la sepia la sacamos junto con la zanahoria reservando el caldo y la añadimos al refrito de verduras
  6. En la sartén de haber cocinado las sepias echamos los fideos refiriéndolos hasta que tomen color volcamos esta sartén en la de las sepias, zanahorias y verduras, añadimos el caldo de pescado y dejamos hervir, cuando los fideos estén casi tiernos añadimos los cuerpos de las gambas y los mejillones, esperamos que se pongan tiernos los fideos teniendo en cuenta que deben quedar casi sin caldo
  7. Servimos el guiso con el alioli por encima y a comer(al que no le guste el alioli que no le eche el se lo pierde)
