  2. 250 g colas de gambas peladas
  3. 500 g calamar troceado
  4. 1 litro caldo de pescado

  2. Agregamos el combinado de pescado, los calamares, las gambas y los aros de pota (previamente descongelado y sin agua) y lo sofreímos hasta dorarlos, posiblemente soltarán agua, dejamos evaporar y sofreímos.
  3. Cuando ya estén bien sofritos añadimos el pimentón, le damos unas vueltas durante un par de minutos y ponemos el caldo de pescado.
  4. En cuanto hierva añadimos el colorante artificial (al gusto) y probamos de sal, añadiendo si lo vemos conveniente. Dejamos hervir removiendo de vez en cuando hasta que el agua mengüe un tercio aproximadamente.
  5. Aportamos los fideos, los repartimos por toda la paella por igual y dejamos hervir a fuego fuerte sin mover hasta que el agua desaparezca.
  6. Vamos bajando la fuerza del fuego conforme vaya desapareciendo el agua hasta que este seco (aunque nos pasemos unos minutos del tiempo especificado por el fabricante no pasa nada, lo importante es que se quede seco). A servir y a disfrutar de una fideuá sin tropezones.
