  6. Añadimos los fideos al sofrito, removemos y añadimos parte del caldo hirviendo. Vamos añadiendo caldo según vaya necesitando. Ponemos a fuego medio durante unos 15-20’ según el tamaño del fideo. Si vemos que se queda sin caldo vamos añadiendo poco a poco. Suelo consumir el litro de caldo
  7. A los 20’ aprox. apagamos el fuego, colocamos las gambas (y yo le añado unos mejillones que he hecho al vapor a parte) y tapamos unos 5-10’.
