  5. Es el momento de tostar los fideos en la paella donde vamos a hacer la fideuá. Yo no pongo aceite y voy removiendo continuamente. Reservamos fuera del fuego cuando estén tostados para que no se quemen.
  6. Ponemos el fondo a calentar en un cazo con el azafrán para infusionarlo.
  7. Volvemos a poner la paella al fuego a tope, añadimos el sofrito, removemos y mojamos con el fondo caliente que cubra los fideos. Echamos sal y repartimos los fideos por toda la superficie de la paella.
  8. En este momento, si estuviera en casa la acabaria al horno, pero como estoy de camping, sigo en el fuego 😜. Vamos comprobando si hace falta echar un poco más de fondo si aún no está cocido el fideo.
  9. Cuando esté seco y cocido, apartamos del fuego y dejamos reposar tapado unos minutos.
  10. Acompañamos con all i oli y listoooo!!!
