- 250 g pechuga de pollo
- 80 g setas shiitake
- 20 g pistachos
- 70 ml salsa de soja
- 1/2 lata cerveza
- Sal y pimienta negra

- Agrupamos todos los ingredientes. Limpiamos y cortamos en dados la pechuga de pollo. Troceamos las setas y picamos los pistachos, yo dejé alguno sin picar para que se vieran.
- En un bol echamos los dados de pollo y salpimentamos (no os paséis con la sal pues la salsa de soja ya lleva bastante) y las setas troceadas. Mezclamos.
- Vertemos la salsa de soja y mezclamos bien hasta que todos los ingredientes se impregnen. Dejamos macerar una hora, revolviendo la preparación de vez en cuando.
- Ponemos una sartén amplia al fuego con un chorrito generoso de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos nuestra preparación escurrida, yo usé un colador para ello. Salteamos a fuego medio-alto unos 5 minutos sin dejar de remover.
- Agregamos los pistachos y cocinamos a fuego medio dos minutos. Vertemos la cerveza y cocinamos a fuego alto un par de minutos para que se evapore el alcohol. Una vez que se ha evaporado dejamos cocinar todo junto a fuego medio unos 15 minutos.
- Ya tenemos nuestro plato listo, en casa lo acompañamos con un poquito de arroz blanco. Espero que os guste!!
