  3. En una sartén Echamos aceite no tiene que cubrir y lo ponemos a fuego medio, cuidado al darle la vuelta que no se caiga el rebozado, dejar que se haga bien por un lado y después el otro así será más fácil para darle la vuelta.
  4. Ahora vamos a hacer la salsa de limón, antes de hacer el zumo de limón, cortamos 4 rodajas y la reservamos, en un cazo echamos el zumo del limón, el azúcar y medio
    vaso de agua y removeremos, añadimos las rodajas de limón a la salsa y seguimos removiendo, si vemos que nos queda demasiado espeso echamos un poco más de agua, y si lo queremos más dulce más azúcar.
  5. Cuando ya tengamos todo echo, ponemos la media pechuga en el plato y cortamos en tiras y echamos un poco de salsa por encima y la rodaja de limón, podemos acompañarlo de arroz tres delicias.
