    Apagar cuando haya espesado.

  5. Sacar cuando esté dorado, y saltear el bacon cortado a tiras, un par de minutos hasta dorar.
    Retirar y reservar con el pollo.
  6. Echar otro chorrito de aceite, y rehogar a fuego fuerte el brócoli con una pizca de sal, el cual habremos cortado en arbolitos, enjuagado y escurrido previamente.
    A mí me gusta crujiente, y por eso lo hago a fuego fuerte, para marcarlo sólo un poco. Si os gusta blando, tapar y cocinar a fuego lento.
  7. Poner la mitad de la salsa de base en los platos, añadir el brócoli y la mezcla de pollo y bacon.
  8. Regar por encima con la salsa restante.
