  1. Yo suelo empezar por dejar todos los ingredientes a la vista para no olvidar nada.
  2. Lo primero que tenemos que hacer, es con una picadora triturar totalmente el ajo junto a la cebolla.
  3. En una cazuela, ponemos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y lo calentamos.
  4. Una vez esté caliente echamos el ajo con la cebolla y pochamos a fuego lento.
  5. Mientras pocha la cebolla vamos preparando el caldo, con ayuda de un mortero machacamos las pastillas de caldo y las vertemos en medio litro de agua y removemos hasta que quede bien incluido.
  6. Por otro lado cortamos el pollo, a mí me gusta hacerlo en daditos pero es algo al gusto.
  7. Cuando veamos que la cebolla junto con el ajo han pochado pasamos a sellar el pollo.
  8. Cuando el pollo esté sellado echaremos el arroz y le daremos un par de vueltas.
  9. Ahora pasamos a echar un chorrito de vino tinto y otro de jugo de limón (yo lo compro en bote porque me aguanta más tiempo)
  10. Le damos unas vueltas y entonces echamos el caldo que habíamos preparado previamente. Aprovechamos a echar las especias que queramos.
  11. Integramos todo bien y cuando veamos que arranca a hervir echamos el queso, es al gusto pero para que quede cremosito mínimo media bolsa.
    Yo suelo echar unos 3/4 de bolsa.
  12. Dejamos 20 minutos que hierva. Atentos constantemente para que no se pegue y a fuego medio. Removemos de vez en cuando para que no se pegue.
    Cuando hayan pasado los 20 minutos lo retiramos del fuego y echamos una cucharada sopera de mantequilla/margarina (esto es lo que hace que sea más cremoso).
    Tapamos la cazuela con un paño durante 5 minutos y ya solo tendrás que servir y disfrutar.
