  1. Preparar el café dejar descansar y añadirle las 3 o 4 cdas. soperas de azúcar. Enfriar y reservar.
  2. En bol, colocar la crema de leche y la cda. de vainilla. Batir por aproximadamente 6 min. a medida que se bate se le agrega el azúcar impalpable. Una vez obtenida una pasta, se agrega el queso casancrem (o el mascarpone) y se va batiendo hasta que se logre el punto chantilly. (Ojo con no pasarse ya que queda con grumos). Reservar.
  3. Realizar bizcochuelo, preferentemente dejar descansar de un día para el otro. Reservar.
  4. Cortar una primera capa de bizcochuelo y colocar en una bandeja, luego bañarlo con café
  5. Agregarle la crema batida, y espolvorear el coco rallado.
  6. Colocar una capa más de bizcochuelo, repitiendo el paso 4.
  7. Agregar crema batida nuevamente, el coco rallado y el cacao o chocolate rallado.
  8. Por último decorarlo como más te guste, en mi caso le agregue unos bon o bon que tenía.
  9. Dejar enfriar de un día para el otro envolviéndolo con film, disfrutar con unos buenos mates o un café.
