- Preparamos café y dejamos que se enfríe le podemos agregar agregar coñac
- Luego batimos la crema y así tiene que quedar y reservamos en la heladera

- Ahora batimos s el queso crema o mascarpone con leche condensada o azúcar la que tengan yo le puse leche condensada a gusto del dulzor de cada uno y una cucharita de esencia de vainilla hasta que quede así y le incorporamos la gelatina sin sabor


- Luego unimos las dos preparaciones anteriores luego, le vamos agregando la crema batida con movimientos envolvente a la preparación del queso crema así queda



- Luego mojamos las varillas en el café
y vamos colocando en una fuente

- Una vez acomodada las vainillas le agregamos la crema hasta cubrir todo y de nuevo volvemos a mojar las vainilla y acomodamos y le volvemos agregar la crema



- Y el la última capa yo hice dos nada más le espolvoreamos cacao amargo con un colador, pero le agregue el cacao que tenía el Nesquik, yo lo hice hoy sábado 03/07/2021para mañana domingo así es más de 12hs en la heladera

- Así salió de la heladera después de más de 12hs, con un cuchillo lo pase por el borde ya que mi fuente es desmontable, espero que le guste todas las recetas que subo ☺🤗
